FI: VCE - JFK business RT 1516 euro

Occasional availability, I tried to pull fare details on ITA but it won't replicate me this fare. It can be booked directly on Island Air website From what I understand there is no "lounge access in other airports" which would mean access in Reykjavik is included but connections are quite short. For 300e more you can get access to lounge in other airports (where applicable).
