TPE-ICN $1-$1 MH Odd ball fare Y

Saw the fare on Google Maps. The 9 USD fare doesn't seem bookable, but there are some dates at 43 that seem to be bookable on Airpaz. Not sure if anyone can use this. TPE-KUL-ICN I don't have expertflyer/KVS anymore so I can't pull fare rules anymore.
