I'm not sure what this particular promotion is, but there appears to be several available business itineraries available from Europe to Auckland with Turkish Airlines + codeshare partners. It doesn't appear bookable on Turkish Airlines website as the codeshare elements are greyed out saying there is no business seats available, so only bookable through OTA's.
